If when you recieve your order, the item is faulty then simply return it to us in its original packaging and we will exchange it or refund you the money. Please contact us first before returning your product so we can confirm that you are able to return your product.

If you have simply changed your mind, no longer want the product or it is not what you expected then simply return it to us within 14 days and you will recieve a full refund.
